The invention comprises the production of conductive paths attached on flexible substrate in order to obtain RFID antennas, or interconnects, or other applications that require conductive paths on flexible substrates. The conductive paths are made of graphene derivatives pre-assembled in foils. The conductive paths can be freestanding or transferred to substrate. The conductive paths are cut in specific shapes e.g. with a cutting plotter, then they are attached on a plastic sheet e.g. through a thermoplastic glue with a lamination process. This highly flexible material with low gauge factor can be applied to NFC type antennas or other flexible devices retaining its properties. The RFID antenna, or the interconnects, obtained with these conductive paths on plastic sheets has high conductivity and is chemical stable and bendable. The process is easily scalable environmentally friendly and attractive for industrial applications.

The invention addresses the issue of obtaining conductive paths for flexible RFID antennas or interconnects with a material highly conductive, chemical stable and bendable. The methods used to obtain these flexible RFID antennas are easily scalable, environmentally friendly and attractive for industrial applications.
